- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who logs in and tracks time — it decides which plan you’re on, not what you pay within it. Clients don’t need accounts, so they never count.
- How do I cancel?
- No email chain, no phone call, no retention gauntlet. Your data exports on the way out. Self-serve cancellation lands with self-serve sign-up; until then one message to [email protected] does it, same day.
- Will the price go up?
- Not the way you’re used to. We built this because the tools we were paying for kept getting more expensive and less useful.
- Do you work with nonprofits?
